I have a problem with my Xbox One. When I signed up, it said error code 80151909, I did detective work and some people suggested downloading my profile again, but I can't even connect to Xbox Live to download it. I have restarted my console several times but nothing works.
Any suggestion?

There's been some kind of cyber attack on Microsoft that started last week & has yet to be fully resolved; this could be related to that.
