I assume Desert was inspired by Super Mario Land?

I did a cover of Death By Glamour from Undertale! Granted, so has everyone else, but still!

Death by Glamour owns so hard, and you did a great job translating it to the NES without losing any of its flair. Nice work.

Thought your percussion was particularly good in this one.

I had no idea who that was. Granted, I only ever rented DKC 3 back in the day and never owned it. But when I looked her up I saw that she also did voices, particularly Joanna Dark from Perfect Dark for the N64. Whoa! Learn something new everyday!

I've been curious for a while how long it takes you to do these DZ? It seems like a lot of work. Like a never-ending Excel worksheet.

its hard to measure since i have a very on-and-off work flow. most of the time i can knock them out in a day or two.

Don't you just hate it when you're sitting at home playing your NES when suddenly some ninja girl shows up and start blathering about how she has to kill you to restore balance to her world and blah blah blah

So you've played ToS since your last cover? Nice. It's such a good game.

I was thinking the other day how much I love the Maniac Mansion soundtrack and how it doesn't get anywhere near the attention it deserved and that makes me wanna really put my all into covering songs from that soundtrack. This is Dave's Theme (officially titled "The Boys Are Still Back" because of its tonal similarity to a certain real world song) arranged with the VRC6 Famicom expansion chip (used in games like Castlevania 3 JP and Shovel Knight).
