What do you like to eat and/or drink while you're playing video games?

I usually don't eat and play at the same time since most games require two hands. When I get hungry, I usually pause the game and eat while watching something (usually anime)

I do, however, drink Pepsi nearly 100% of the time

Well, usually I don't eat whilst playing. Save it for the times when I'm doing something else, like watching teevee. If I feel like a quick snack, anything I can kind of just fling into my maw quick that won't get my hands all disgusting (don't want filth all over my controllers, skylanders and silly plastic musical instruments, natch). Pretzel rods, and air-pop are great. Individually wrapped candies one can unwrap with one hand (Riesens are my jam).

One of my old roommates used to slice up his pizza or burrito or whatever into little silver-dollar sized bits and eat them with a fork whilst playing, and was thereby able to eat anything at all without gucking up his hands (also made me look like a gross savage into the bargain). I was never that ambitious.

I don't snack much these days but if I am, some chips and dip is probably my go to, preferably tortilla chips and queso. Pizza rolls are also a very solid gaming snack.

For drinks, beer.

I play a lot of JRPGs which are pretty conducive to eating and gaming. So I'll pretty much eat whatever. Sometimes fancy cheese, sometimes chips. I'm all about beer (sometimes wine if I wanna get fancy alongside some fancy cheese).

Ooh. Beer and fancy cheese. Mmmm. You people were sent by the Devil to tempt me, weren't you.

I enter into a state of non-responsive suspended animation when I play games. I'm usually face deep in a JRPG or an RPG. I will admit I do like to take breaks with pizza though. Sometimes if it's late I'll slam a six-pack. But the oil pen...let's just call that one essential lol.

I don't think I ever really ate something while playing video games, come to think of it. If anything - pizza during someone's party or get-together. But I don't normally eat something when I play video games alone. I don't want to get my controllers messy. But I typically drink anything from beer to iced tea to hot chocolate to just water.

When you go over your friend's house and pick up a controller and it's all greasy. Like so greasy you wonder if they were just eating chicken cutlets with their bare hands an hour ago. That's when it's time for an intervention.

^I really hate that.

I mean, I've always been a neat freak. I always thoroughly clean and scrub my controllers. Like even the gunk that gets in between things.
