Sometimes the O key on my keyboard doesn't register. What do I do?

No clue. All I have is a link on how to hide from a murderer.

^^^I mean, how big of an issue is it for you? Can you learn to live with it, or is it completely intolerable?

It's kind of annoying.

Hmmm. Well, if it's a desktop keyboard, I'd suggest seeking a cheap replacement, or maybe finding some other workaround. Possibly popping the key off and seeing if there's some obvious problem ('well, look at that! a family of raccoons took up residence in my keyboard!'). If it's a laptop, you might need professional help. Maybe you could make a keyboard shortcut?

Check out if there's a local mom-and-pop PC repair place.

You can also try popping out the key and see if there's gunk underneath that needs cleaning. Sometimes you just need a good old keyboard cleaning.

I took off the O key. It didn't look all that dirty.

I don't know what's wrong.

But 99% of the time, the O key works fine.

Try using it with the key off and determine how responsive that is. Possible that something broke off in the key?

The O key hasn't failed to register at all so far today.

Maybe I'm finally getting the hang of my new keyboard?

If it's new and works 99% of the time then any issue can probably be attributed to human error.
